I am satisfied with the quality and delivery of these products. The only problem was that I was not able to track the order to determine it's approximate arrival date.

I submitted my order and then was confused about the amount that I had ordered so I called to ask about my order. The gentleman who answered was very nice and assured me that my order was correct and told me how to track my order. The tracking option worked perfectly and I was able to determine where my order was on each day. When my order was delivered it was only a partial order and so I called for support again and was assured that my order was shipped in more than one package and the remainder would soon arrive which it did. The total amount of time for the three packages to arrive was less than three weeks. The order was complete and reached me in good time.

Easy ordering and fast delivery of great products

I am very pleased with how easy it is to order the products online. I can track the progress of my order online and see where it is each day until it arrives at my home. The products have arrived at my home in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the quality of the products. Any time I have a question I can call the support number and have my questions answered. The tech support personnel are very courteous and helpful.
