Poor Tracking, Quick support.

This, my second order, didn't work through as smoothly as the first. While the first part of the order came through quickly, the second half didn't arrive for almost a month. The tracking numbers that I was e-mailed didn't work on the parcel websites. Very upsetting.

But, when I e-mailed with my concerns, even though I wasn't able to be told where the Rx's were, within a day I got back an e-mail from a real person, not a form e-mail. They tried to answer my questions and concerns as best they could, without promising anything. But it was certainly nice to receive a quick and personal e-mail from a rep.
