I tried to order online. When having problems with the online ordering process I called the customer service line. The first time I called I was on the phone for 35 minutes and could hardly understand the customer service rep. She could not understand what I was asking and I was so frustrated I canceled my order. I decided it would be easier to try online again. I still had problems and I again called the customer service line. And again the service was poor. They couldn't under stand me. I had to repeat myself several times and still got no where. I was very frustrated and dread the day I call them again.
