First time ordering

This was the first time I had used this service. I had no idea what to expect. Online ordering can be tricky, at best. There were no problems!
It was easy to place the order. The Dr. questionnaire was very through.
Since I had not ordered before I had a couple of questions & called customer service once. I also used the Live Chat once. Both experiences were satisfactory. They were nice & respectful. They also answered my questions.
The order came in about 3 weeks & was very discreetly wrapped. I appericated that!
I will definitely be using this service again.

Refill order

I was placing a refill for one of the medicines I had ordered. It was a breeze! I thought there would be some kind of hassle, since there usually is, w/ reordering. It just took a couple of clicks & I was done. Customer service emailed me a number of times through the process to let me know tracking & progress of the order.
It got here in about 2 1/2 weeks.
Will be ordering another refill soon!

This is the same med. that I get here & it is so much cheaper. The packaging was very discreet. Will defiantly use again.
