Desirel, long time for delivery

I have yesterday received my package. After 2.5 months, it is a little bit too long. I have some questions
- Why your indian pharmacy cannot send this desirel in dominican republic ?
- If it is so, why don´t informed immediately ?

If I don´t take contact with your people. I would never have my package.

An other thing, the tracking with parcel force don't help much. Is it possible to get an order by an other way ?
