The prednisone delivered was not what I ordered. My order was for 20mg tablets and the pharmacy sent 10mg tablets. I was unaware of this error and, as a result, took half my prescribed dose for 3 months.

I received the wrong chemotherapy medication from this pharmacy, which is a very serious error. Also, the chemotherapy medication requires refrigeration and was sent with no attempt to adhere to this requirement.
