While ordering the HCG PREGNYL for the first time I was a little confused by the different amp sizes. However, the live chat was very helpful and the person was very knowledgeable regarding the process. They walked me right through the ordering procedure up until I was done.

Second time ordering and it was a breeze! However, noticed pricing has increased per amp. Shipment was expected in 21 days and actually arrived in 15 days. Pleased with the ease of ordering and timely manner of shipping. Price increase not happy about.

When ordering my products they always have someone available for online chat if I have any questions. Once order product shipped quickly and order was all in tact. Product does exactly what they claim it to do.
