Keep up the great work!

Although the process is understandably time consuming, since medications are shipped from overseas, this lengthy process could be a little better defined from the outset.

Other than that, the entire process was great; I called Customer Service 2-3 times to check on delivery times and they were always very polite and helpful, very considerate of a customer's concerns.

The products seems to be of good quality but, since I just received the first of three deliveries three days ago, I will need more time to evaluate this particular aspect of the entire experience.

Based on what I have experienced thus far I will definitely recommend your services to friends and family who have a need similar to mine (recurring use of medication which is EXTREMELY and unjustifiably expensive in the US).

The order was received within the expected time window (after Customer Service explained the process to me in details).

Customer Service was always very prompt and courteous, giving me every detail that was needed to explain every detail to me.

The product was received on time, in perfect condition, and has performed as expected.
