Wonderful service and amazing selection! Live Chat customer support reps were very helpful. My only complaints are regarding delivery the inability to track delivery packages (at least to the US), and the requirement to sign for delivery.

Wonderful service and amazing selection! Live Chat customer support reps were very helpful. My only complaints are regarding delivery the inability to track delivery packages (at least to the US), and the requirement to sign for delivery.

Wonderful service and amazing selection! My only complaints are regarding delivery: that there is no way to track a package in transit to the US, that it usually does take over 2 weeks to arrive (even with rapid shipping and processing option), and that it if no one is immediately available to sign for the package you have to drive all the way to the regional post office branch to pick it up.
