FAST Delivery and Their Customer Support Is # 1 !

After placing an order with PharmacyEscrow.com,
I contacted them 3 separate times in regards to the status of my order.
I used the "Live Chat" link located on their web page all three times.
I was anxious to receive my order so the majority of my questions had to do with delivery time.
(i.e. - How long before my order arrives at my door ? )

The operators informed me that once the order is shipped from the pharmacy I would receive an email indicating that my order had been shipped from the pharmacy and that the email would also include a tracking number for my order so that I would be able to track my order using the order tracking number.

When I tried to use the tracking number to find the status of my order I would receive the following message:
"Label/Receipt Number: xxxx xxxx xxxx x
There is no record of this item.
Why Are You Receiving This Message?
1. Event information may not be available if your item was mailed recently. Please try again later.
2. The number was entered incorrectly. Be sure to enter all of the letters and numbers as they appear on your mailing label or receipt."
Day after day I would check the status of my order and I would get this same result.
I was able to resolve this discrepancy through another Live Chat session and found I was using the wrong website to try and track my order.
I assumed that because my order was shipped through USPS(United States Postal Service)
that I needed to track my order through their website; usps.com.
If you live in the U.S.A. you need to use usps.com.
If you live in Canada you need to use canadapost.com.
If your order is shipped via UPS, use their website, etc.
It was simply my inexperience and ignorance that was the cause of this situation.
The operator was very understanding and empathetic to my mistake.
I would highly recommend using PharmacyEscrow.com as their customer support team is extremely knowledgeable and also very empathetic to first time users like myself.
Also their delivery time was extremely fast.
Even faster than they said it would be !
I received my order 3 days sooner than I was told I would.
19 days after I placed my order it arrived at my door.
I am definitely going to be placing more orders with PharmacyEscrow.com in the future.
