HUGE savings and great service.

This was my second order through this company, so I was better prepared for the 10 - 18 business day delay.
My dog had contracted a disease and the drugs would have cost me over $50 a day. Being able to get these at a reasonable price really helped in a time which was very difficult.
The chat feature is a tremendous help. There are many times when it is difficult to talk (both because of who is around and the subject matter) -- typing keeps things better me and the service rep. & they really are available 24 hours a day.

A very helpful resource help it was desparately needed

First, I must say, I was very wary of shipping money overseas and then waiting for quite a while for the drug to be delivered.
I have to say the easy of finding the drug I needed was very easy and I got to choose from many producers (in various countries) - talk about competition driving value. The customer support was great. I personally enjoyed the 'chat' feature - I could 'talk' to a representative while my family was around and they didn't need to hear what I was discussing. The product was delivered through the up mail system and secured & private. It did require a signature (so be prepared to be at home - or run to the post office to pick up).
The drawback -- it took roughly 3 weeks from ordering to receipt. This caught me off guard, since most of the website stated 10 - 18 days (these are BUSINESS days). since I was ordering around the holidays, it seemed to take forever (but in fact it was less than 18 business days).
I was also able to fax my prescription and the order verification was very cordial & respectful.
I needed to by a 16 day supply from my local Rx store & it cost me more for 16 days worth, than 45 days worth (thanks fo the savings). Lastly, warning -- use AMEX card if you can. This is not an issue with the website, but my VISA & MasterCard processor. Because my orders were over $400, Visa & MC both locked my account (without telling me until 2 days after the account was locked). American Express was great, no problems. I think if I need this service again, I would call my card companies first.
