The ordering process was very easy, I use it for all my medications that my insurance does not cover. The prices are great, I would recommend becoming a premium member to get free shipping. I received the exact brand name of my prescription. It was exactly as described. The shipping was in the estimated time range that they stated. My package came from Asia, but did not have any problems or mix ups in customs. I used the live chat a few times and they are very helpful and knowledgeable.
