My first order

I must say I am back to place another order which has to lot to say, since my friends and colleagues will surely say with out hesitation that I am hard to please.

I shall start my review with the encounter I just had(11:41am Eastern STD) with a customer service rep.

I had been locked out of my account due to too many log-in attempts. I called and received the most admirable representative I have had the pleasure of speaking with. Apparently there was a server error which took 23 minutes to fix so that I could have my account reactivated. The sir that I was speaking was very honest and polite which made me have no problem waiting for the problem to be fixed. I truly appreciate his thoroughness, regard for my issue, and patience.

On to my first order, I satisfied with the product(s) I received. However I wish there was more of a understanding explained to me the way the items were shipped and the length of time that the process (from order to delivery) would take. I called several times which now I found was unnecessary (first time ordering makes you a little nervous not know the company's reputation and accuracy). I was unable to accurate information in terms of left the pharmacy, order was approved, etc. which I would have more than appreciated as a first time user of our company.

However as I stated before the ease of your website and the last rep that I talked with has definitely made me a lifetime customer.
