Great service!

The ordering process was very easy. At one point, I called customer service in regards to my order's delivery date and I was immediately assisted and all my questions answered. My delivery was on time and my order was correct.

Great service!

I ordered two different medications. One of them came in promptly, but the other medication took longer than anticipated because it was coming from Europe. I contacted a service representative who checked on the order and assured me it was on the way. I was very pleased with the assistance, and indeed, the order was finally complete. I don't hold Drug Delivery responsible for slow mail service from other countries.

I am pleased with the service and products.

Good service, slow mail

I was a bit surprised that this order took longer to receive than the expected time. I was a bit concerned it was lost in the mail as it took approximately 30 days to receive it. However, when I spoke with a very helpful representative, I was informed that European orders sometimes take longer.

I finally received the order. I was very satisfied with the assistance I received from the representative.

Very satisfied with products and service

I was very pleased with this order. I received two of the medicines within the estimated time frame, but was a little concerned that the order from the European source took much longer. I believe it took over 30 days -- at which time I called to make sure it was on its way. The representative explained the European outlet sometimes takes longer than expected.

Still, I was very happy with the service and products as I don't believe your company can be responsible for the speed...or lack thereof, of the mail.

I am very satisfied with the products, the service and the delivery time of my medicines. I had medicines coming from two different countries and they were all delivered under the estimated time of delivery. The orders were all correct and the products in good condition. I am, again, very satisfied with my purchasing experience.
