My credit card was processed quickly. It was easy to order online and get confirmation. I received it quickly with the two weeks. The HCG pregnyl is a great product and was easy to mix.

This order didn't come and had to be reordered. I called several times and was on hold a long time. When I did get a live person, and was told they would follow up, they didn't. Finally, it took one lady I believe by the name of Jeanie that took care of everything and followed through with the order and the shipment.

I did not have as many problems with this order as I had the previous order. It came within two weeks. The products are good.
