Very good in the end

I placed the order quite a while ago and never received it. I went online a couple times and chatted with a customer service representative. Both times they were very polite and helpful. The second time, the rep said that it must have gotten caught up in customs since I hadn't received it yet. So she said a new order would have to be sent out. I waited for it and after 2 or 3 weeks, it still wasn't here. This time, I called customer service and again, the man was very polite and helpful. He didn't see that it had been sent again so he assured me that it would be sent the next day and he called me back within a couple days with a confirmation number. Within a few more days I got an email with a tracking number and I'm happy to say that 3 days ago, I finally got the package. It took a while, but each time I contacted the company, they were very nice and helpful. I fully intend to order from you again! I know that things happen and I'm just very glad that your people are patient and most helpful. Thanks!

We have ordered a few times from you and each time has been fine. Shipping seemed to take a little while but it was not a problem.
This time when we ordered, I received a phone call the next day confirming the order, which was nice and within a very short time, I received a shipping confirmation email with all the information I needed to track the package. Once it was delivered (we weren't home and the postal service left a notice for us) I received an email letting me know that delivery had been attempted and a notice was left. I was blown away at the quality of customer service throughout this order and shipment. You have certainly stayed up front and full of the information we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. And the medicine works just as it should, like always. Thanks for a perfect job well done.
