This was my second time ordering with your company and the order was fine. The customer service department was very cordial, I received good communication via emails and the order arrived promptly. No problems with this order.

This was my very first time ordering with your company and I was very impressed!I was greeted by a wonderful customer service representative over the phone who was very polite, knowledgeable, had good communication skills and helped me find what I was looking for. They answered all my questions and I received a great product at a great price. I also received it in the time promised. Thank you for a great product. I will order again.

I will have to say this time around was my best experience with PharmacyEscrow.com. The gentleman who helped me with this order was very thorough and prompt with helping me get my referral credits, crediting them to my account and explaining the free shipping for life offer. Once explained, I took him up on the offer and am now a free shipping for life customer! My order arrived very promptly and included the free vial just like I was promised! As always, I am re-ordering a soon as I receive the credit from this survey. I was also very thankful to receive the HCG coaching manual that you all sent me via email. I have been very pleased with all the informational material on HCG your company has been so kind in sending to me. Thanks again!

I ordered my HCG again and the representative told me they were running a special on what I ordered in the past. Buy 3, get 1 free. I asked her if she was sure it was the same stuff. She assured me it was. When I received it, it was in a glass ampoule, not the glass bottles with the rubber stoppers I prefer and it was a different type of HCG high purity. While it still worked, it would be helpful if representatives are accurate on the product description.

Better communication needed

I have been a customer of yours, placing orders for HCG since June or July 2009. This particular order as far as the product goes, was fine. The problem was that your staff did not communicate well with one another. I was placing the order for my sister-in-law, Lizanne J. I ordered under my account as I was going to send her some of my order. I was very clear with your staff as to what I was doing yet they kept calling me "Lizanne" sent the order to her, not me and as to date, have changed my log in ID name to hers and not mine! I am still working with your company to get this issue resolved so I would not give this particular order a high rating at all because there was very poor communication with your staff. However, the product itself is always good.
