The product arrived on time and I utilized the live chat which to check on tracking. The person was very friendly and helpful. I will order again very soon.

The service has always been very professional. Since I live in the US, I understand that the shipping can take awhile and the cost is a bit excessive. Overall, I am very happy with all aspects of the product and company.

The service has always been very professional. Since I live in the US, I understand that the shipping can take awhile and the cost is a bit excessive. You recently added a doctor review fee. Since I'm a repeat client I wish that was a one-time fee.

The service was extremely efficient and the Web site made it very easy to place my order. I was very skeptical about ordering on-line; however, this process was extremely easy and pain free. I plan on increasing my orders in the future. I also lost my login information and the customer support was very helpful in assisting me with all my account information.
