Quality of meds and service

Although the prices and quality of meds seems excellent communication with the company needs tuning up. Thank goodness there are helpful people at Live Chat to help take care of errors :: I was twice given wrong post information and Live Chat helped to correct it.
Also, why is my 'name' a nine digit number instead of my name?
Or do you only want only compliments instead of helpful criticism?
