I never received my order!!!!

I called on several occasions regarding my order and I was told it takes 10-18 business days to receive the order and after the 10th business day I called to advise them I still was unable to tract the order and the said I need to give them until the 18th business day. So after waiting to the 18th business day I called, and advise them I still haven received my order and they asked me for 24-48 more. I waited 72 hours and contacted them back. After speaking with them and verifying I DID NOT receive my order, I requested a refund. They said a ticket had to be put it and and I will know something in 24-48 hours waited another 48 hours and still no contact from the company. I finally got upset and called and advised the rep about my situation and he said the pharmacy had approved the shipment and it ready to ship totally disregarding the fact that I requested a refund every time I spoke with a rep, and they just over looked my request as if they didn't owe me nothing. This is my first time ordering from them, and this is my last!!!! I am very disappointed that this was handled in this manner.

WHAT A COME BACK!!!!

Last year in June 2009 I ordered the 5000i.u's of HCG and it took forever to get it. It was untraceable and I expressed my concern to the reps and they gave me a hassle at first, but eventually shipped me a new shipment after 28 days and no order was present. The second shipment came really quick though. Now this is the KICKER...On Jan. 30, 2010 I ordered the same HCG and my order was traceable and came before the time given to receive the order. Actually it came in 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. I was so excited to see that they were so prompt and fast with delivery and I could trace my order this time. I thought I would NEVER order from them again, but I was wrong! You better believe after this experience I will order from them ALWAYS...THANKS PHARMACY ESCROW FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE A PLEASURE TO REMEMBER!!!!
