Successful Reorder and Delivery

When I placed my second order for my prescription I found that the new Escrow website was more customer friendly and easier to navigate. The
live Chat option was helpful when I was concerned with the delivery of my order, someone was available immediately to answer my questions and track my order. I also contacted them by phone regarding my order and I was able to speak to a live person who provided me with excellent service. I appreciate the option to speak to someone immediately regarding my account on both occasions.

I was pleasantly surprised at the personal service I received from an international web-based company. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I am very pleased with the service Escrow has provided regarding my order. When I placed my initial order the company was listed as PharmacyEscrow.com. This website was customer friendly and fairly easy to navigate. I did have some questions regarding the order considering it was placed out of the country and concerns about my prescription, yet customer service was very pleasant in meeting my needs as well as responding in a timely fashion via e-mail. I also appreciated the daily updates regarding my order in regards to processing, payment, and shipping. I thought overall the service was great. The only thing I would change is if there was anyway to receive the prescription quicker, it has taken up to 4 weeks to get my prescription from the order date.
