Shipping/ Pharmacy Issues

Usually I have a great experience with you guys, but this time there were some frustrations. I placed an order only to be told 11 days later that the pharmacy couldn't fulfill the order and it would be a full 20 days after I placed the order that it would finally be shipped. Had I know that it wasn't in stock I would have initially ordered from a different pharmacy. And there was no negotiating any sort of "let's get something to you sooner, you can receive half now and half later if there's this shipping fee, we checked another pharmacy, would you like to switch?", there was no options for that. So I ordered from the Indian pharmacy a smaller amount and spoke to a customer service rep about whether or not it would arrive prior to the initial order and I was ASSURED, promised even that it would be. And that's not going to be the case. I know there are unforeseen events and you can't plan for everything but there should be contingencies as well. This was really frustrating for me.

Quality t3 hormone

Cytomel was received promptly without any issue. I take this medication for my hypothyroid to supplement my t4 medication. Any fear of ordering from the internet was immediately allayed by relief from symptoms and further authenticated by lowered TSH levels indicative of added t3 support. I have since refilled my prescription with pharmacy escrow and expect the same quality experience.
