I personally had trouble placing my order online, once I got to the credit card page to make my payment the page would not load as a secure page. I did end up calling in the order, the staff were friendly but were very difficult to understand because of that my phone call took just over 30 minutes. So I would consider calling in only when I have a chunk of time to do so but yet again I am sure a refill would be easier.

I do love that they have one of their drs review your medical history and current meds. It does slow down your order but only by a few hours, well worth it in my opinion! Even if they find a little concern they inform you, which is what happened to me. Its very comforting.

Shipping took 14 days from India, which is what I paid for. It was a nice small enevlope and I would of never guessed there were pills in it, if I didn't know that is.

The product quality is great. It has a nice white sugar coating so its gentle on the stomach and not clearly a pill. It really looks like a little m and m, which I like cause I am a private person and don't like people to know I am taking meds and what for.

Overall, there were some problems with the system not saving my profile which required extra phone calls but with the end result as it is, it was well worth it. :) I will suggest this site to others.
