Shipping was Delayed due to "Indian carnival"

Order took 3 week to ship because some sort of "indian carnival" was going on and the post offices were closed. not the companys fault, but they never informed me of this and took about a week to respond to my open ticket. After the item finally shipped, it came very quickly
