We’re here to tell you about the ordering process through PharmacyEscrow. About two months ago, we ordered the HCG for a new diet that we were starting and there were a lot of options that we were offered and it walked us through the entire process. They gave us options like live Coaching for the HCG process and they offered us different kits for the 10 day cleanse the HCG diet requires. They also had Live Chat options and when we placed our orders, we got numerous emails letting know us status of our order and where it was in the customs process. Yea, we utilized the Live Chat during the timeframe for delivery so we could track and get a little bit more information than was provided on the actual shipment site and that was really helpful, we got a lot of information, they were really prompt and answered our questions really thoroughly and quickly. We received emails confirming our order and we also received emails for shipments and then, another great thing is we received the PDF of the protocol and that gave us the entire packet of information we needed for the diet and we also received emails suggesting other things that we could utilize once we had even received our order. It was just a really great process; we got our order in a timely manner when they said we would get it and we going to be doing another round of the HCG and would be ordering again through PharmacyEscrow.
