My first filled prescription through Pharmacy Escrow was over 2 years ago. The cost of my medications through the US pharmacies was unreasonable then, and the outrageous prices charged by the American drug companies only continues to grow in its unfairness. The prices these US companies now charge, which are different depending on what state you live in, and what insurance company you have, are, to this day, completely unreasonable. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I myself, along with the entire nation, is forced to endure at the hands of these companies. This dissatisfaction is what led me to see alternatives to filling my needed prescriptions in a more reasonable financial fashion.
The Pharmacy Escrow online search function is clear and easy to understand. Also, they provide easy access to actual people on the customer service line who are totally dedicated to ensuring that you have a hassle free exchange.
Over the years, I have had a few minor questions or misunderstandings with the prices, delivery options or drug quality. The few times I have needed to contact customer service have been very pleasant and informative experiences. I would have to say that I have never experienced better quality customer service in the over 30 years that I have had to deal with various companies and situations. They are patient, knowledgeable and understanding.
My specific experiences with Pharmacy Escrow have been very satisfying. They were smooth transactions, and so I am confident in my recommendation of having this company fill your prescription needs.

A service like this should make the US pharmacies scared; this is great!
The customer service representatives are always courteous and helpful.
I would recommend this service to anyone needing prescription medicines.

All of my pills have come in individual foil packs; 10 pills to a pack. Very convenient and seems to ensure freshness and sterility.
I would recommend this service to anyone needing prescription medications.

Every aspect of the order, and support of it, went smoothly. It was easy to find my medicine using the built in search form. It was easy to submit my prescription, place the order, and pay.
The only parts that weren't 'excellent' were the extended delivery time and the packaging.
From the date of my order placement, it took approximately 18 days for delivery of the order. That was expected, because I was told that it would take that long. That is just a long time to wait if you are in need of the medicine; more advance planning is required on my part to ensure that I am not out. If the order delivery could be expedited in some way, that would be preferable.
The packaging is somewhat cumbersome. The pills came in break-out foil packs of 10 pills each, so storing and handling over 200 pills is awkward. If the pills were in 1 plastic medicine bottle I am used to, it would be better.
These downsides are acceptable however, and better in my opinion than the alternative. I will be a repeat customer.

Everything went smoothly. The extended delivery time requires more advance planning on my part; a bit of an inconvenience.
The packaging is somewhat cumbersome; it is awkward to handle 200+ pills in foil packs of 10 each.

Slight problem with exchange rate and timing

My order was filled and shipped quickly, as it had been before, however this time there was a slight problem with the billing. I was sent a receipt for the amount my account would be billed, and then a few days later, an amount slightly over the billing amount was deducted from my account. I filed a billing dispute, and within 24 hours, had the resolution that due to exchange rates changing, I had been billed a few more dollars. I was given a credit on my Pharmacy Escrow account that more than made up for this over billing. It was quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. I continue to be pleased with the service I get from Pharmacy Escrow.

My prescription medication arrived cleanly, and in individually packed blister containers. This ensures sterility, and I appreciate this.
