Amazing service and products!!

My medication was back ordered,but Pharmacy Escrow called me as well as emailed me to tell me exactly when my order would be shipped. They did not just leave me waiting with no correspondence like a lot of other companies do. The medicine was shipped the exact date that they promised and was even shipped express so i got it super fast. Now THAT is outstanding customer service which is why I'll keep reordering!!

Great place to get Prescriptions from!

I have gotten prescriptions from this company four times now and each time has been a wonderful experience. The medication has always been exactly what I ordered and does what it is supposed to do. I like the ability to do live chat whenever you have a question, they are very helpful and thorough. They have also called me to ask me about refills and to let me know about the process of my order, i.e. payment received and shipment.
The only two troubles I have ever had was when one of my prescriptions was marked as received and I hadn't gotten it. I contacted the company and they were able to track down the medication and told me it should be arriving within a couple of days and it most certainly did. The other problem I had was after writing a couple of these reviews I had not received my account credit for them. I am speaking to online representative right now to rectify it. I like the fact I have never had problems contacting them for help. I hope this gets fixed right away so I can place my next order.
I also really appreciate the ability earn credits towards your next medication, in these time every little bit helps, especially when it comes to health care.

Successful Reorder and Delivery

When I placed my second order for my prescription I found that the new Escrow website was more customer friendly and easier to navigate. The
live Chat option was helpful when I was concerned with the delivery of my order, someone was available immediately to answer my questions and track my order. I also contacted them by phone regarding my order and I was able to speak to a live person who provided me with excellent service. I appreciate the option to speak to someone immediately regarding my account on both occasions.

I was pleasantly surprised at the personal service I received from an international web-based company. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have been doing business with Pharmacy Escrow for about a year. I was really somewhat apprehensive about doing business with them the first time. I am now a repeat customer. I am a repeat customer because I feel very confident every time I entrust my requirements to them to fulfill. They always ship as promised and advise me throughout the entire process until I receive my order the current status. This is a must try business for everyone to be able to believe.

I was very happy with the delivery of my order. I had no more than gotten an email informing me that it was on it's way and it was here within a day or two. Of course, it took a bit long to get overseas, but once there, I didn't have to wait at all. Thanks so much!!
