Very easy steps to order online, I was very impressed with customer service, there was a delay on my order but I received an email and call right the away and I still received everything on within the time frame specified. I like the way I am reminded, via email, that it is time to reorder. I then continue via the link provided and place my order, submit payment and receive notification, regularly, as to the status of my order. Once it is delivered, I am also notified that delivery was made or attempted. If no one was home they notify me so I am aware that the USPS left a notice to pick my order up at the post office. Everything is efficient and painless and I like that very much.
