Took a while at no fault of Pharmacy Escrow

I really liked the thoroughness of the staff at PharmacyEscrow.com. Although my order took some time due to the pharmacy being out of the medication, at no time was I worried about whether or not I would get it. This was probably due to the ease in which it was to get a hold of Pharmacy Escrow staff, and how nice, courteous and professional they all were. Actually, my medications came on time after all was said and done. They kept in communication with me and explained what was to be expected and everything happened as they said it would. The medication was definitely the real thing, too. Over all, PharmacyEscrow.com came through with flying colors. Thank you guys!

I have been extremely satisfied with the service from your company. I have received follow up phone calls to update me on the status of my order. Every email that I sent was promptly replied to within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Pharmacy Escrow due to thoroughness and utmost professionalism.

I am very satisfied with Pharmacy Escrow. It did take longer to receive my medication than I would have liked because it was on back order... However, I did receive a phone call advising me of this so to me the service is outstanding. Also whenever I went on live chat the representative was always extremely helpful and all my questions were answered. I will definitely continue to use Pharmacy Escrow. Thank you for your efficiency

This was the first time I purchased medications through a website let alone overseas and all I can say is that the experience was outstanding. The level of communication from Pharmacy Escrow via phone and email exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The product was out of stock so it took two weeks longer to arrive...but it did. The product is the real thing and it arrived in excellent condition. The pricing on Pharmacy Escrow compared to State side pharmacies is outstanding. If you are thinking about placing an order through Pharmacy and are a little worried...don't be! They have a long term customer in me now. Just remember, these are overseas orders and shipping can take a little longer then domestic so set your expectations there correctly and you won't be disappointed.

OK, my name is Joseph and I’m going to review my generic Cialis order from the Australian pharmacy. First of all, I can not say enough about the ease of my order. The website was very easy to navigate and my order was very easy to place. Varying order quantity options were offered and I went with a two month supply. At checkout, I was offered an additional discount if I wanted to double up on my order, but because I wanted to make sure that the Cialis was legit, I did not opt to. The next morning, I did receive a call from my credit card company because they wanted to verify that I did place this order since it did not fit my purchasing pattern. I guess they found it odd that I was purchasing something from overseas. Once that was straightened out, I decided to use the websites "Live Chat" feature to make sure that my order was received and that there weren't any problems with it. The staff that assisted me was extremely friendly and they assured me that everything was OK. Since they noticed that I had paid for a medical review, they went ahead and took care of that at this time. Shipping time was actually quicker than stated. At checkout I took a gamble and chose to purchase free lifetime shipping (10 - 18 days from day shipped, same as Express option). I figured that based upon the fact that there were many positive reviews for this website, there was a good chance that I would be buying from Pharmacy Escrow again. I placed the order on 10/14, shipped on 10/20 and received on 10/28 in discrete packaging for a total of 8 days in transit. As stated in the FAQ's, Pharmacy Escrow passes the order on to the respective pharmacy and when once they send it they will update the order as sent and issue you a tracking number. I am not sure what the delay on getting it sent out was but overall I am extremely satisfied with the speed it arrived (even if I were to include the extra 6 days to get my order out, the order still arrived within the 10 - 18 day period that was stated). Product quality was excellent, blister packaged, inside a box and it worked great. The only thing that I found odd was that although I ordered from an Australian Pharmacy and not that it was my choice (there was no other choice as the Australian Pharmacy was the only one that sold the 5 mg generic Cialis), the Cialis showed that it was made in India. No biggie but I was expecting to receive an Australian product. Overall I would give the Australian Pharmacy and the generic Cialis 5 stars. Very good product, fast shipping and excellent assistance from the staff at Pharmacy Escrow, thank you very much and I hope to do business again with you soon.

I did not receive this product because it was out of stock when I ordered it. Pharmacy Escrow let me know my options and kept me informed when they discontinued the product. I asked for a refund and they processed it very fast. That is why I will continue to order from Pharmacy Escrow, because they really care about their customers.

From the online finding my medicine, to filling out my online profile, to pay, to ship was incredibly easy. I placed my order and it was coming out of Australia on 10/14/2010. It arrived on 10/22/2010. I would have been happy if it took a week longer because that is what I expected. Order was as promised and I will be a regular customer for this other medications.
