Finally got it, but wasn't so sure along the way

This was my first time using PharmacyEscrow.com. The concept was appealing, as was the website. However, after I placed the order and waited the requisite number of days, I started to get worried. So I called the 800 number. The person was very professional, and told me that the order would be shipping soon, from Australia. After waiting the requisite days, I emailed. no response. Then I called, and they told me it had shipped! Then I finally got an email that said it had shipped from New Zealand. At this point, I was ready to call Visa and cancel the payment. However, I decided to wait some more. The drugs finally arrived, from India. They were the genuine article, in the quantity I specified, so I was pleased. But I wasn't at all happy with the internal tracking systems and their ability to give me good information about the status of my order.

It took nearly a month from the time I placed the order to the time when the drug arrived. To ensure I would receive my drug before finishing my supply I placed the order when I still had a more than four weeks of Livial and the new drug arrived with one day to spare. Hopefully the ordering and receiving process can be made more efficient and timely.

I was happy with the Hcg order but there was a problem with the Retin A. I was contacted by a PharmacyEscrow.com rep and was told they were out of the retin A and could they substitute the 30 gram with a 20 gram. I agreed then was told they could send me two 15gr which was in stock. I agreed to this on sept-7 and was told my order would be SHIPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE but It was not SHIPPED until Nov 2 which was almost a month later.

Cabergoline didn't really work for me.

This rating is not a reflection on the service at Pharmacyescrow.com but the fact that dostinex really didn't do anything for me. There may have been a problem with the correct dosing or I just don't respond to this drug. I will give it another go in the future at a higher dose or perhaps purchase levitra and use this in addition.

Product not as ordered

This product did not arrive in the form as ordered. When contacted, the help desk was not very good about remedy, but in fairness, they no longer ship into Canada, they did credit my account rounded up to a higher amount to satisfy me. I would like to re-order when and if they resume shipment to Canada

packing quality is no good

This export package is not good quality. Your company have to make the Standard Operating Procedure for export packing for each medications' safety and keeping effective.
International shipping condition is too hot, moist, dusty, and so on. Again, this is not local shipment but international shipment !
