I am very pleased with the service I received at PharmacyEscrow.com. I received the correct medicine that I ordered and received it in a discreet package as I requested. However, the time it took for me to receive it was incredibly long, and I even payed for express shipping. I will try this escrow service again and I hope that the time it will take to receive my order is greatly reduced...

My experience with PharmacyEscrow

This review is for PharmacyEscrow.com. My experience with PharmacyEscrow was that they were able to match competitive prices; I do believe their shipping is quite a bit higher than the competitors. The time they shipped out one of the medications was as promised. The other medication I just received yesterday and I put the order on October 9th. So, I was not really thrilled about that. As far as... Here is the rest of review. The security I would rate on the website as 4 or 5. Delivery from India, I would a 0. Delivery from Australia, I would probably rate a 4 or 5. I know that there is language barrier between myself and people ordering. Other than that, overall, I would rate a 3. Thank you. Goodbye!

Not good packaging at this time

I'm a little surprised at no box even if I ordered the double quantity at this time. The sheet is okay but no instruction in it.

I gave a three out of five. First, the down side. It was a long wait-- it took me 8 weeks to get my order. Second, I have 50 pills less.
However, I gave a intermediate rating as I am very impressed with the repeated timely response and reassurance from the online chat service. I am reassured my case is being followed, and I am sure I'll return to make a second order.

Difficulty with website on that day.

On 10-21-08 the website was not receiving orders. I tried placing an order, and when I couldn't I called the 800-number. The customer service reps couldn't use their network either, so they had to call me back. It took a total of four phone calls that day, from them to me, to place my order. They were very nice and I actually felt sorry for them when they had to deal with such a problem. They eventually did an excellent job of placing my order and getting me what I needed. Please watch the reliability of your network. Thanks. LG.

It seemed like I had to wait a long time to get the medicine. The expiration date is only a little over a year away. I thought the shipping rate was a little high.

The search was convenient. I found what I looked for. The ordering procedure was OK, but not outstanding. Got confused about the shipping costs. I was not aware I ordered lifetime shipping. Surprised by the total costs. Shipment was quicker than I expected. Shipping packing was OK, but the KENACOMB does not even have individual packing or boxing, which was not quite acceptable. So I gave a 3.

Although the delivery was successful the time laps between ordering and actual receipt was a longer than expected. And although we are having problems with a second order placed the same day (which we have not yet received)I would certainly use this service again for peace of mind over the quality of product.

The Best Around with Room for Improvement

I placed this order online, and it was the easiest ever, so I have seen great improvement in PharmacyEscrow.com in all areas, which encourages me knowing that they are ever striving to do better for the customers.
The HCG got here after about 3 weeks, which is average from my past order experience, but the Stablon wasn't here after 4 weeks, so I used the online chat to contact and request more information. The service person was very polite and professional. She checked things out for me and explained that there would have to be another order sent out because there was a problem with the first one. I got an email confirming our discussion results and the Stablon arrived within a week.
I hope that PharmacyEscrow.com will make it a point to notify customers when there has been a hold up on an order like there was with the Stablon, so that the customer won't continue to wait like I did, delaying further receipt of the product.
Both products were as expected, but, as per usual, at a much better price and a lot less hassle than obtaining through any other venue.
Thanks PharmacyEscrow.com!!! You folks are providing an excellent and important service!
