The order for Sotalol was placed 6 months ago!!!
returned by Canada Customs in Dec11/08 to supplier, I spoke to PharmacyEscrow.com who had the New Zealand supplier re-ship the drugs. This was done on Dec 18th ..but as yet has NOT been received.. I received no tracking # so have no idea where the meds went?!? just not to me!! Spoke today to Tanya who is looking into the matter and has assured me that I will be credited with the full amount that was originally charged to my credit card
. This will be applied to my next order along with financial credit for the surveys I am submitting about my shipments... I still plan to re-order through PharmacyEscrow.com but apparently due to Canada Customs it will have to be through Europe of Romania now as my Customs has shut of supply from all other sources..nasty Customs!

I ordered the hydrocortisone (which I need for Addison's Disease) a little over a month before I needed it. The last time I ordered from you, I had it within a week, and didn't think I needed to give it more time.
I placed my order on Oct. 26th. On November 21st I sent you an e-mail, asking why my account information still showed that the medication hadn't even been shipped yet!
When by Nov. 24th I still had no reply, I called your 1-800 number (I tried that several times, and somehow the phone got hung up on me each time). Finally I got somebody on the line, who checked what happened.
He told me that my medication had been on back order all that time, as the pharmacy I ordered from had had problems with supplies from the manufacturer. He also claimed that the meds had been shipped on the 20th (even though, according to my account, it had not shipped when I talked to him).
Finally, a whole month after ordering the product, did I receive it. By which time I had run awfully low.
It would have been really nice if I would have been informed that the hydrocortisone was on back order, so I would not think that it got lost or stuck in customs.
So, while with my last order I had a great experience, I was not happy this time.
I've been a customer for nearly two years or so...been very happy with all my orders, timely deliveries, until this order...I don't know why, it has taken, twice as long for the Claritin to get here, as last time... and the quinine I still don't have, and you didn't even have a tracking number on it, until after I called you last week...then you posted it the next day...I am getting a bit worried too, cause it will be a month since I order in 3 days..I thought I left myself plenty of lead time, for the drug to get here, now, I don't know. if I will run out of supplies, before it gets here... guess, I'll have to leave two months lead time in the future...
