Only 3 stars but the customer service did make it right

This is for order JGH215397. This order did not go as smoothly as predicted, I was still happy with the service however there was some confusion in the order and what the products should be so I didn’t actually get the products that I wanted and there was a little bit of time delay so I would actually give this order only 3 stars but the customer service did make it right in the end however it was just not the most smooth. So everything was corrected by the end but still the overall would be a 3 star.

1)very fast delivery of the products
2) the packaging was quite discreet
3) canesten is a very good product and the price is fair
4) Lamisil spray: I will not order this product any more (not very good: the cream is better)

Two concerns: your support service team needs better training. Every answer they give is from a script and they were not helpful at all. Secondly, the delivery of the order took far too long.

got the theo and premarin .625...but never received the larger dosage....i realize in hindsight that you all were having as much trouble with the pharmacy and a frustrated as i..so i'm glad i stuck in there because you all have really rid yourselves of bad pharmacies/vendors...or at lease it seems so to me...infact the only way i will ever not be a customer is when your prices are out of range of my budget..then my dr will have to give me the drugs or i will do without...i really do appreciate you all...

Your service was excellent. However, a current batch of the drug I wanted was not available from your pharmacy so the order was canceled. I am pleased with your honesty but I do not have the Quinine Sulfate I wanted. I ordered from another overseas pharmacy but I am not sure I am ever going to get anything. Your past performance has been dependable.

Delivery prompt but payment and tracking info unreliable

My order was delivered in a reasonably quick time however I had to followup with customer service to re-enter my payment by credit card (visa) as apparently the first attempt failed when I submitted the order - even though I received no advice that there was any problem. Anyway, once in touch with your staff, they were able to process the payment immediately. the only other negative feedback is that the tracking of my orders has never been correct ie. I've been unable to successfully track any of my deliveries even though I've followed the necessary links via your customer portal etc. using the quoted tracking number. I'm not sure why this does not work - but in each case, my orders have simply arrived at my destination.

The product it self is great. But the delivery seemed to give me trouble, I got no call when this was back ordered and I had to call numerous times to get the order. If you could call the customer when back ordered than everything would be great. Wonderful people help you when you call in.

Have not been able to use this product yet. Just received it in the mail. Looks like it will work fine...like that the expiration is 2 years out which I'm grateful for.
