Indeed I have encountered some problem when paying for it with my credit card. After that, one of your customer support people has spent aobut 1.5 hours to help me to resolve this problem. Finally we made it! So the customer support is quite good, I think.

Shipping was unreasonably slow. Very unhappy with the amount of time it took to receive my order. Your customer service department was not able to adequately answer why my order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time

The live chat support is great - but starting out with the contact via email was so easy. I did have a bit of a delay once in receiving the drugs, but mostly it works well. I had some trouble after receiving with my order and they assisted me every step of the way.They took all the relevant information to investigate on my concern. I did have a bit of a delay once in waiting for their pharmacy to get back to them with an update.I have been notified as soon as they got information and they apologize for the inconvenience.
They informed me that my Escrow account has been credited by the full amount which I could use immediately on a purchase! I fully trust Pharmacy Escrow and I will place my future order with PharmacyEscrow.com.

Great Service and Best Prices on the Internet

I ordered my prescription and tracking information was sent to me a few days later. My prescription came within 12 days. These prices are the best prices on the internet...I priced my prescription out in over 20 places! I am very pleased!

lost order

My original order was lost- either in shipment or another way during processing. After several attempts to track it and find out what happened, support reshipped the order after waiting the company's required 4-5 weeks before a replacement shipment was sent (several attempts to get the order traced were unsuccessful- I was told that I simply had to wait). The support people involved in getting the second, replacement order finally shipped were helpful and courteous, and the order was finally received about two weeks after the second order was sent (for a total time from original order placement to receipt of almost two months).

Very unhappy you do not take mastercard

Because you no longer take mastercard, I have to wait an additional one or two weeks to get my order which already takes at least a month to get to me. This is a major inconvenience that you should look into. Many people have only mastercard and need to use it.

Birth Control Pills

The service is great especially for me, someone living in Japan who is unable to get the same birth control pills which I trust. The only dissatisfaction is that the pills are shipped from Turkey so on the back of the pills the days of the week are not written in English, but Turkish.
