Lost my order or something!

Generally, I've had no problem with my past order, but this time something went wrong and after 30 days, I didn't get my shipment and it didn't look like anything was shipping anytime soon. So, I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com to follow-up and they found that the system lost my order or something went wrong with the process. I had paid for the items, but nothing shipped or it got lost in the mail. However, PharmacyEscrow.com stepped in quickly and reshipped/rerouted my items and they came within about 2 weeks from when I contacted them. I appreciated their great customer service and quick resolution. I am getting ready to order something again, even though I had problems with this order. I feel they provided good customer service and won over my loyalty for future business.

I placed my order expecting a month wait but was surprised when it came within 2 weeks and was exactly what I ordered. The person I contacted on the phone to place my order was very helpful and friendly. Finding out the best prices and discounts that applied. I appreciate the help and will order from Pharmacyescrow.com when possible.

It was the first time that I was buying from PharmacyEscrow.com and I always been skeptical about buying medication on internet but with PharmacyEscrow.com everything's very simple and secure. The shipping is really fast too.

Only a few days after I have ordered the pills I have get them. The pills have the same effect as original pills. They are very good. The price could be cheaper. The service is very good.

Customer service was great, but I had some questions regarding the product and the first person I spoke to didn't have the correct information, but the second person I spoke to did. And I love the live chat feature. Keep up the good work!

Good quality HCG but the vitamin B complex I bought was broken and I have been waiting for almost 2 months to receive the new one they said they would send. The glass was shattered and I told them I didn't want to dig through the glass to get the 4 unbroken ones but they said I had to because they will only replace one so I had to dig through small shattered glass to clean each vial. I have yet to receive the replacement. I contacted customer service, but they said they would send out, then when I didn't get it I contacted hem again and they said there computers were down so to please contact them later ugh! I have yet to receive my vial of B complex.

Great communication; just as the first time, it was simple and so easy to place my order. I even had a problem with my credit card and they contacted me quickly so that I may resolve the issue and without a hitch they processed my order and kept me informed of the shipment! Once again I'm pleased and will be placing my order again in the not to distant future!! Thanks for making it so simple!
