To whom it may concern,
I have had such a wonderful experience ordering my prescription medications online through your services, ad I wanted to let you know just how appreciative I am!! From start to finish you made the process clear, simple, and easy.
Placing the order was very quick and the process was streamlined thanks to your excellent website. Also, I wanted to mention that it was very helpful to also have telephone customer support easily accessible, where someone actually does pick up the phone (you'd be amazed at the poor quality of customer service from some of your competitors!!) and that I did not have to stay on hold for more than a few moments before I was speaking with an agent, who was both friendly ad informative--very refreshing!
It was a breeze browsing through the different pharmacies and their prices to compare ad make sure that I was getting the absolute best price on either generic or brand name drugs. Personally, I would always recommend going with the generic, as they can often be better deals, for essentially identical products.
The quality of the drugs is as one would expect, of the highest quality--the pharmacies who are in the PharmacyEscrow.com network are all certified, and of fully licensed and of professional quality. This is of course very important to me, as you can imagine, as I do depend on the quality of my medication--thanks to you all for such a reliable service!
I wanted to address the topic of privacy and discretion. I live in an apartment building in New York City, ad the last thing I want is to have my neighbors (some of them quite nosy!) seeing what drugs I have being delivered to me! So, for this reason, I always check the option to have the package delivered in such a way that ensures my privacy.
I have had superlative experience with this so far--each time I place an order, I look forward seeing what ingenious and creative method each pharmacy has used to disguise the package in such a way that my privacy is ensured--so far I have had excellent experience with this. For this particular order, the pharmacy made the package look as if it had come from a book dealer!! Very creative, and very discreet.
In all cases, the packages arrived on time, and actually, quite often sooner than expected, which of course, is great!
So far in the many times I have used your services, I have not encountered any problems, and had really fantastic experiences ordering my prescription medications through PharmacyEscrow.com.

My experience with ordering with PharmacyEscrow.com was over all positive. My only complaint would be that my order took 2 days long than anticipated but that may have been attributed to factors outside of the companies control. I would ( and intend )to use them again. I would also recommend them to my friends.

The order was incredibly smooth, the next day I had both of my medications confidentially delivered, and, while expecting generics from an on-line pharmacy, was elated to realize that I received brand-name drugs!

I have placed orders before and each time the website has been easy to use. Sometimes when customer service has sent the tracking # with instructions to check the website for delivery time, I was unable to get the tracking # to work. When I called customer service they quickly located my order and gave me the necessary information. They were courteous, helpful, professional and efficient. The orders have arrived in professional packaging and have been high quality. I will definitely reorder again and I have referred several others to PharmacyEscrow.com. Thank you, Hally

Very efficient service

I was really happy to place an order with this company. My father needed avodart, he lives in Ukraine. The doctor recommended it, but it is not available there. I managed to order it from UK, where I live and it was promptly delivered. There was no problem for me to pay by my card and have a delivery to his address. Thank you for the service!

This was the very first time I ordered from Pharmacyescrow.com. I was extremely apprehensive as I've never ordered any kind of prescriptions on line before. Pharmacyescrow.com made it extremely easy to order online with simple and easy to follow instructions. The overall process was easy and my order was received by the 18th day.

I have been ordering this product for years from various pharmacies. The quality of all has been first class with the only difference being shipping time and ease of ordering. Cost has always been about the same. I have settled on Pharmacyescrow.com with whom I have received slightly faster delivery service with ease of ordering and a wider selection of products making order what I need that much easier.

Helpful staff, quick replacement of damaged item

This was my first order with Pharmacy Escrow, and the staff was very helpful with the information they provided via the Online Chat feature. The products arrived within the estimated delivery times, which was quite good. One of the products was damaged, which i reported by email, and was given instructions for how to get it replaced. The replacement arrived even quicker than the original order, which was better service than I expected.
