Excellent Customer Service

This is my second order from Pharmacyescrow.com. I am very pleased with the service and the product I received. I've search the internet to find the best place to order and have experienced a situation where I didn't received my order and never heard from the company. That is not the case here, I was able to speak with a live person which was a big plus. Not sure who the guy was but he provide excellent service and was very pleasant to talk to. I have ordered several times and will continue to order from Pharmacyescrow.com. In fact I have recommended others to this site as well. In the world of virtual shopping Pharmacyescrow.com. is a trusted site to visit.

Satisfaction should be PharmacyEscrow.com middle name.. Every time i buy this product I’m satisfied with what i get, quality, service, prices, delivery you ask. For the past 4 years i have had no problems and i hope to go on for many more years.. Best pharmacy site ever!!

This order was a new medication for me. But as always, the order was processed quickly, and the pharmacy processed my order and shipped my medication fast. I have never had a complaint or problem with an order - that's why I am a repeat customer!

I have ordered from pharmacy escrow more than once, and I will never order from anyone else online again! Before I found this site, I tried a few others and this problems with receiving my Hcg were endless. I never received my product and it took at least 4 weeks to get my own money back! Not here... I placed my order and had my Hcg at least a week before it's scheduled delivery date! I was very happy cause I couldn't wait to start my Hcg diet! And let me tell u, the Hcg diet does work! I lost over 40 pounds on the 43 day supply. The ease of ordering is also very simple, everything is very easy and up to date, so u don't need to worry when it's gonna ship or if they even have ur product in stock. Tracking was also easy, so I had no questions when my product was going to arrive. I give pharmacy escrow two thumbs up! A+

better than previous orders

I had placed previous orders with Pharmacyescrow.com and this experience was better than the others. The website was still very slow and problematic, but I was able to put my order through in one sitting, which was much easier than my previous attempts. There was a challenge with this order however. While I was waiting for confirmation of shipping, the website listed my product as out of stock, and customer service did not seem to know if my order would be processed. This was made even more frustrating by the fact that no one in customer service spoke English as a first language, and this made communication very difficult. Everything did work out however, and my order was shipped out and received. Like my previous orders, it did not arrive quickly, but again took longer that the time range listed on the website.

A slight hiccup met with outstanding customer service

I placed an order on February 18, 2008 and received notice that the item would be shipped on Feb 21. After about two weeks I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com because I expected everything to arrive by then. You know, sometimes you can get a bit defensive because you anticipate the customer service representative to be aggressive; so I was ready to give a 'piece of my mind'. Well, that wasn't necessary. The rep patiently listened to my concern, and then promised to get right on it. Less than 24 hours later, another rep called me to tell me of the unfortunate delay in shipping due to a inadequate supply. The person was genuinely apologetic,and offered a refund. I decided to wait until things were back in stock.
A day or two later, I received an e-mail stating that the shipment had finally gone out; and about 10 days later I received my order.
It refreshing to hear the truth from companies. Its even better to hear someone's genuine concern for your well-being as well as for the reputation of their company. I will definitely use PharmacyEscrow.com in the future; and I, for one, applaud their service and kind attitude.

Everything as advertised

The order process was simple and the tracking provided was correct though it is not as exact as FedEx or UPS but was satisfactory. I encountered a problem as my order was held up for some reason at customs or some such. PharmacyEscrow.com had another batch of the hcg sent out which arrived a week or two later and I didn't think anything more about it. Then the original order then arrived a few weeks later and I thought to myself, BONUS. PharmacyEscrow.com caught the mistake and ASKED if I would like to send it back or if they could charge my card for a second order. I really liked the fact they were so courteous and professional about it. I chose to keep the order and they charged me for one more. It was nice that an intelligent person called me from the company and not just emailed me to go over what happened and what the options were. I will definitely use this company again.

Once again I had great weight loss results with HCG Pregnyl. I love Pregnyl and the folks at Pharmacyescrow.com. I never have a problem with my order and the customer service is great.
