I was very pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service i've encountered with PharmacyEscrow.com. Having been the first time to order internationally, i was a little worried about the shipping, hence me contacting customer service a few times. My questions were always answered thoroughly and patiently, customer service was easily reached every time, and my order arrived even sooner than i had expected.

First experience with your firm.

The product arrived in the correct dosage and volume and at about the time expected. Both the product and the shipping material were clean and adequate for the task. My only suggestions would be that instructions for usage of the product in English be included in the package, and that a better tracking system be put in place. Once our order was shipped it was untraceable until received.

We will be ordering again.

Almost perfect

I ordered a 6 month supply of generic Nexium at a great price. But when I tried to pay, my credit card was not accepted. Several days went by and I corresponded with the company, in a satisfying manner, finally getting it straightened out. I still have no idea why the card was not processed the first time but all is well that ends well.
I have been taking the pills daily and am very happy with the quality. I have been on Nexium for 3 years now and I can't tell much difference between these pills and the brand Nexium pills other than the great price.
I have been buying generic Nexium all around the world as I travel a lot. Prices in USA, Cuba and Mexico are between $2.50 per pill and $4.35. In Kenya I paid about $0.80 per pill and in Argentina, I paid $0.89 per generic pill but with this company, I paid only $0.59. What a deal!

They updated me frequently while it was getting shipped. It put my mind at ease. It was also great that I didn't need to go to the doctor's office just for a prescription.

I had such exemplary service the first time, I guess my expectations were a bit too high.
Yes, I did receive my order within the time listed, but it took a little over a month's time. I didn't expect it to take this long from EU when I was able to receive order from India in a week.
In the future I will just expect my orders to take a month's time and then I will be pleasantly surprised when they arrive early.
I would have preferred if I could actually track the packages with the tracking number provided. I don't know why this isn't possible.
What I ordered was what I got at 1/3 what I would have had to pay locally.

Still a customer for life.

A Very Happy Customer

This review covers my first experience ordering through www.pharmacyescrow.com and I am more than pleased with the service I have received. Firstly, I had to go through the online medical which showed me that the company takes their orders seriously and the consideration of the health of the customer. Pharmacy Escrow does not simply supply to people without checking.
My credit card details then needed to be verified and I was put though to an extremely pleasant and helpful customer adviser who checked my details. I live in a small Central American country and was therefore phoning from abroad to the UK. I was very impressed that I was neither put on hold nor transferred from one department to another duing this call, something which I find very often happens with other companies and which wastes a lot of money on the call.
My order was then shipped and arrived within the time they specified - several days before, in fact. It was packed economically and was exactly what I wanted.
I should also mention that throughout the entire process I was kept informed at all times as to the progress and tracking of my order.
I am a very satisfied customer and am very glad to have found PharmacyEscrow as it is very difficult to obtain any medical supplies where I live. I am very happy to recommend you to anyone. An excellent experience. Thank you.

It is incredible how fast my medicine arrived at my home.There were only five days in between purchasing and delivery.Thats how it should be, because it is supposed that you need the medicine.Delivery company was DHL and the pharmacy was located in Turkey.

I have purchased similar drugs from other companies on-line, and have been far more impressed with Pharmacy Escrow's service. I would say that what what most impressed me were:
1) The clear choice of products and their particulars. Making it straightforward to find precisely what I wanted.
2) Excellent communication, both by email and a conformation by phone - very reassuring. Also follow up communication making sure everything went well. Clearly the company is taking some effort to deliver a first rate service.
3) The goods I ordered arrived considerably earlier than suggested, and were (as one would hope) exactly as ordered.
I have no hesitation in recommending their services to other people; it is hard to think of what they could do better.

I'm impressed because at that time I was really in need of meds for treating my high blood pressure. And I ordered and I got the medications very quick. Think in less then a week. It varies I know, depending on where medicine is shipped from. I thank you pharmacy escrow also, for being so polite and helpful. Appreciate it.
