Great product and customer service - be prepared for long wait, though

I had to contact customer service a couple of different times with questions before I placed my order. Each time the wait on the phone was minimal, and everyone with whom I spoke was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
The only negative was that it took almost a month to receive my order. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush. I now know I have to allow extra time for shipping!!

I ordered this product after doing extensive research on the HCG protocol diet and let me tell you, It is definitely worth every dime spent. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but right now I have almost completed my first cycle and please believe I will be ordering more. I have seen substantial weight lose. My overall being is very pleasing. I feel alot better and I have alot more energy. So from user to anyone looking for advice, It is definately worth it!!!!

This product was very fresh. The expiration date was 2011. I'm very happy with the effectiveness of this product. Will order again.

I ordered several times now through Pharemacyescrow and I have been a very satisfied customer. Through Pharemacyescrow it couldn’t be easier to order and recieve your items. There was always an agent online or on the telephone to help with any questions. Also I had emails to confirm when the order was arriving which made me feel very assured. Delivery was fast and the items arrived in a timely manner. I will order again and rate this order 5/5.

Fair HCG

This product was a step below my last order of HCG. My last order was from India, and it was by far the better product. This one though, is better than my last order. I can say that if the HCG from India runs out, this product would be my next choice for HCG. I was very satisfied with this order, and once again, the customer service was outstanding with getting my questions answered. I would recommend this product for anyone that is in doubt about this product.

I have used this product before from another pharmacy and paid three times the price. The results were as effective which made it easier to recommend to friends and family because it was so affordable.

HCG from Singapore took 3-1/2 months to get here!

I am rating the order as poor because it took 3-1/2 months for me to finally get my order. I waited 3 times on hold on the telephone and finally ended up leaving messages on the answering machine twice but NO ONE CALLED back! I would definitely recommend using the live chat instead of the telephone.

Twice I received help from friendly courteous support workers, once in December and again in March.

Tanya, from the live chat, was extremely helpful in suggesting that I have the order shipped by registered mail. She also phoned me today, March 27 to say it had been delivered to the post office. Unfortunately, even though I had provided my PO box number, it wasn't on the package. There is no door to door mail delivery in Squamish so everything is delivered to post boxes. Please make sure to include the PO address if it is given to you!

I hope your new tracking numbers work well, because it was very frustrating not been able to find out where my parcel was. I didn't know if I should phone or wait a while longer. Obviously I should have phoned earlier. Thank heavens I found another way of getting HCG temporarily and now that I have the order, I am set for a while. I do not think I will order again from Singapore. My first order arrived much faster.

The first step of my weight loss journey via PharmacyEscrow.com

First looked at the PharmacyEscrow.com website I did the online chat with one of PharmacyEscrow's live chat people. He was very personable and polite, answered all my questions about the product and shipping without delay. I found that chatting with him gave me confidence in the company, so I placed an order with him. Everything went seamlessly.
From all that I had read on chat boards, I expected quite a long wait. I was amazed at how quickly I received the hCG. It actually came in about 4 weeks which according to others was very fast.
The product was top notch and worked well for me using Dr. Simeons protocol. I've lost over 30 lbs on 43 days. I went from a size 18 to a size 10. Simply amazing. The whole process has been a joy and I intend to place another order with PharmacyEscrow.com to continue my weight loss journey.

Really Does Show Up

I have ordered from different companies on the internet in the past and always had difficulty reaching them and getting questions answered. I had to contact PharmacyEscrow.com right after my order about a question and I got an immediate response and even called to check on my order and got a live person on the phone who took care of my concern immediately. I highly recommend them because the entire process goes exactly as they say it will and you don't have to sit there and be worried that you lost your money.
