Proven Process Improvement

Continuous business process improvement is a catch term you hear a lot these days. Well this is an example of that concept put into action. I have been ordering for 3 years now and every time my experience, response and customer service gets better. Great customer service is proactive - not just reacting to problems or customer calls. Here you get close attention and good communication on every order.

What can I say about PharmacyEscrow.com and the products I have received from them. EXCELLENT!! I've order Hcg from PharmacyEscrow.com for three years and have always been completely satisfied with their customer service which is always top notch, the products which have never ever disappointed me, delivery time which is usually faster than PharmacyEscrow.com says it will be which is always a welcome surprise. The shipping is new and improved from the past I use to wait about 3 weeks for my package to arrive. I was amazed to have my package shipped discreetly and received in 6 days it was unbelievable because I ordered in the past and waited and waited. I was very thrilled with the email notifications that confirmed payment, shipment, tracking and delivery confirmation. I will definitely order again and recommend to my friends and family.

I have been a customer since 2007 and have placed several orders in that time. In the beginning, the service had opportunities for improvement. I can say that they have certainly done their job in finding out how to best serve the customer and make the transaction as smooth as possible. I received up to date communication both via e-mail and telephone. Best of all, the delivery time was very prompt and exceeded my expectations. Great job!

Hi, I just want to say that the HCG diet works really well and really fast. I along with a couple friends have used this product from this website and have had tremendous results. This is the best site to purchase from, it comes fast and they will even reship it if it gets caught in customs. I have lost 60lbs in 2 rounds of doing the Hcg diet. And i am planning on doing another round soon and will be ordering from this site.
