This was my very first time ordering with you. I thought the website was very easy to navigate through, although I did experience a bit of difficulty once I was trying to place the order. To my suprise, the Live chat came up almost instantly and walked me through the rest of the process. I received my order within the time I was promised, actually quite quickly if I remember right. I was quite impressed for my first time.

Taking the worry out of making a purchase

Just like the title says, I was somewhat concerned placing an order for something that ships from overseas, with a company that's over a different sea, but the escrow service part of the transaction eliminated that. I've recommended the site to friends that have the same concerns, until I explain to them how the escrow service worked. In fact I'm back on the site today to place another order!

I do a lot of online purchasing and I have to say PharmacyEscrow.com has been the best company I have ever dealt with. If I had a question there was a prompt response from both the live chat and also support email. The responses were very thorough, as well as friendly.

my second order

This is my second order for HCG. The shipping was faster for this order, it arrived in 3 weeks.
I talked to Paul,(I that was his name),on the Live chat, because I received on a partial order, and was concerned about the rest of the order. He took the time to answer all my questions, and to look up where the remainder of the order was and when it would arrive. It arrived just as he said it would.

Product great, billing had problems

I had heard about your website from a co-worker from work. She had many good things to say about her order. While placing my order, I had a few problems while placing my order. The order that I was placing got stuck in the system while the authorization on the credit card was going through. I wasn't sure what happened with the order, so I did an online chat with one of the customer service agents, and she was pretty helpful. After some time, she realized that my credit card had been billed twice, and she set up a credit at that moment. She was very helpful, and she sent me a confirmation of my payment. I was very happy when I finally received my order.

First I must say that every time I have spoken to customer service they have been wonderful and patient, carefully explaining each step without rushing me along. To have access to a website and live help is hard to find these days. You all at PharmacyEscrow.com truly treasure your customers by the way you treat us and by your specials/discount to returning customers like me. This is my third order of the HCG and I must say losing weight has never been so easy for me. The product is of high quality and easy to administer. Shipping took about 10 (business days) but I was able to track it along the way which was comforting. After losing 25 pounds, now my friends are noticing the difference and want to start their own weight loss program. I tell them all to use PharmacyEscrow.com for their pharmaceutical needs.
