Lost goods, broken promises, 3 month+ delivery time

This really has been an incredibly poor experience. The initial order was made in November 2008, plenty of time for ESCROW to deliver before New Year and my planned diet in January, if they'd only live up to the 3 weeks they promise.
Every single time I spoke to someone on the live chat, they "assured me" everything would be delivered by "the end of the week". Well, it took 6 weeks chatting, screaming, pleading and demanding before the delivery finally came through. The quality of the product is indeed VERY good, but the "service" or lack thereof and the innumerous broken promises has deferred me from recommending ESCROW to more friends (1 of which seems to be going through the exact same experience right now) until I have assured myself that recurrences of this will not happen again.

I was very happy with my product and received it sooner than expected. This was my third order from PharmacyEscrow.com and my order was shipped as expected and promptly.

problem with 1 vile

I only had one complaint with my order. When I received my order I noticed one of the vile were empty. I immediately took a pic and emailed your customer service on the web site and told them about my problem. I was very shocked about how quick and efficient they fixed my problem. By the next week I had a replacement! I am a very pleased customer!!Thank You for all your help!

I was referred to this website as a trusted and reliable source. The second time I called the representative was eager to help me answer any questions I might have about placing my order. She was very friendly and relieved all my concerns. She was very knowledgeable. The package arrives at the estimated date and is always guaranteed. It is a safe site to enter in personal medical information and money account information. This company has displayed the qualities of a good company, such as integrity and care. I would recommend this website to anyone. I actually have recommended it to over 10 people in the last month!!

This was my second order with Pharmacyescrow.com. I had an issue with not receiving my order. Order shipped on 11/12/08.I emailed Nick (Customer Service)and he asked me to wait until 12/19, if not delivered email him back. On 12/19 I emailed him back that I had not received my order. He assured me he would check on it and resend my order. My order was resent on 12/22 (CS left msg on answering machine) and I received it on 1/12. I would have received on Saturday 1/10 but I was not home.Product was a promotion of buy 3 get 1 free which I received. I cannot say enough good things about Nick and his excellent customer service skills and prompt attention to my delivery issues. If your order is not received in the customarily amount time allotted,rest assured that the Customer Service is outstanding!
Delayed but happy.

I live in the USA and was really hesitant about ordering from an on line, Canadian pharmacy, with meds shipped from Singapore ! But I took the chance and received my order in 9 business days. I am going to order from them again. My order was super fast. Another order was lost and they reshipped me a new one free of charge plus gave me some credit on my account. They stand behind their guarantee so you can trust them.

I love getting this med for sooo much cheaper! The time it takes to get the medicine is so worth the wait when you pay so much less than what you would pay in the US.
