This Company Never Stops !

I am always amazed that this company stays on top of things, and is always upgrading and improving their service.
At first when I used to order, there was no way to track orders and we just sat around wondering if we were getting our orders from overseas. It was very uncomfortable.
NOW, they give us a tracking number and we can see exactly when it was placed, when it left Hong Kong, when it arrived in USA-New York and where it is on way to our address. This is way cool and very COMFORTING !
They lost one of my very first orders and it was a nighmare for me. They did eventually replace it of course but I had to wait 6 weeks instead of 3 to get my order. I was ready to chalk up the company at that time but I had friends who had ordered from them and received their order in 10 days so I tried again. Every order since then has gone off without a hitch.
At first, my orders would not go through on my Visa card and I had to call and be on hold and wait etc. but NOW, they have improved this also and now it goes right through on line !
So thank you, for constantly improving your service. I have several friends who want to do hcg and I tell thim this is the place to get it !
When ever I have talked through live chat,it works great. I love this feature because some of their staff have accents and are a little hard to understand over the phone. But live chat is perfect. Thank you for that.
I also ordered more than one kind of hcg and both products have been fine.
My only complaint is that they had a special going on, order 3 and get one free, and I had forgot about it and already placed my order for 2. If I had remembered it was buy 3 get one free I would have ordered another. I wished they had had a message that popped up that said to order one more and get one free. The only message on this special was emailed to me.
I also love being able to get on the site and see all of my orders, to be able to get a refill on the orders without having to re invent the wheel all over again.
I have been thinking now of ordering other meds from them now since this all works so swell.
I would highly recommend this site. I know people are hesitant to order on line with some company they dont' know but I can assure you newbies out there that this is no pretend review and you will have excellent results.

Didn't Receive My 1st Order

This was my first time to order & I waited several weeks & called into customer service several times. Finally, Customer Service re-shipped my order & I did receive it within the timeframe described on the website.

Everything arrived just under a month from the day of the order. It came packaged well in 2 different packages to keep it from getting broken. I will order again.

I order HCG Prgenyl, for weight loss. I have been on the product for 23 days now and have lost 17lb. The products is great. When I order the product it took a little longer than I thought to come, but I went on the live chat and talked to a gentelman and he found out were the product was and with in a week or so the product was at my house. I tell all my friends about Pharmacyescrow.com . I would use Pharmacyescrow.com from now on.

Im giving a 3 because I ordered the product around the first of December and did not receive until late February I made many calls and were told it in the mail call back next week over and over again...Then finally first part of February I was told the would re-ship the product. I received it 2 weeks later so yes it all worked out in the end...

I frequently order supplements and medications online. I have never had an order go as smooth and care free as with this escrow service. Within 24 hours I received a call telling me my order had been filled and shipped. I received email confirmation with tracking information of my order. It arrived sooner than expected considering it was an international shipment. I am very happy with this service and will definitely be ordering my medications thru Pharmacyescrow.com in the future. The pharmacy on this order kept in constant contact and even called me confirming that my escrow had been approved and the order had been processed. When I checked on status of the order, I was provided with updates. The package was delivered directly to my door, I was very satisfied with all delivery services. The HCG delivered was in tact and exactly the strength and quantity ordered. The price of the product was less expensive compared to the other pharmacies listed.

The supply company which supplied the HCG kits was not so great at keeping me informed and it created a source of anxiety and frustration for me. The update provided to me on the US postal site only said, "The company has informed this site of a future delivery." This continued for 14 days and not knowing was frustrating for me. I contacted the on-line customer support and my anxiety was added to by a representative that wrote "please follow the 10-18 day wait time" These were not comforting words as I was being updated regularly by an out of country pharmacy, but hadn't heard a word from a company only one state away from mine.

Needless to say I was a bit wary at this point and was anxious and frustrated both with the independent company and the customer service person from pharmacyEscrow.com. My HCG kit did finally arrive on day 14 within two days of the HCG and then the US Postal Service was updated on the status of the kit as delivered.

Overall, I am satisfied with my products and pharmacyEscrow.com and will do further business with them.

After reading several reviews online I decided to give your pharmacy a try. It was my first time using an online pharmacy and I was a little scared, but it couldn't have been easier. The product I ordered came all the way from Singapore! I received it much sooner than expected.
