I had ordered Hcg and was anxious to get started so I ordered it priority and paid a bit extra for shipping. My order was filed in a very timely matter. Unfortunately, when the package arrived the vial inside was broken. I immediately called pharmacy ca and they were more than happy to assist me. All I had to do was take a picture of the broken vile and email it to them. They were more than happy to send me out a replacement A.S.A.P. It is very reassuring to know that if a mishap should happen, (which they do, that is life) they stand behind their product as well as shipping procedures. This really put my mind at ease even more than before with using an on-line pharmacy. Customer satisfaction is a priority to them! Thanks from Buffalo, New York!!!

On my last review I mistakenly reviewed the wrong order. My very last order was one I didn't care for simply because I no longer have a Visa card, but just use a Master Card...Made the ordering more daunting and troublesome.

When I ordered my supplies for my HCG diet, my extra bacterio static water was originally not included, but as soon as I sent an email asking Pharmacy Escrow to check into it, they took care of it right away! Thanks so much!

Good Quality

I received my bacterio static water along with the rest of my shipment just over two weeks after I ordered it. For overseas shipments, in my experience, this is amazingly quick! The bacterio static water arrived in the condition that was expected and looked just like as stated on the website. Price is slightly higher than other websites but Pharmacy Escrow is one of the few where you can order both your bacterio static water and your hcg altogether, so it is nice for convenience.
