Skeptic to Believer!!!

I ordered the HCG Pregnyl from the pharmacy in India. I had done the HCG diet once before through a medical clinic in the United States, and while I was very satisfied with my results of the diet (I lost 23 pounds in 26 days), the clinic I used offered very little guidance, and I actually learned more by reading blogs online than I did from the clinic, so I decided to save a ton of money and order the HCG online. And so my search began to find a reputable online pharmacy from which to order the medication. I searched several sites found PharmacyEscrow, but was still skeptical. I came back to the site several times and participated in a "Live Chat" with a very friendly operator who patiently answered all my questions. I was still nervous about placing my order because you hear about so many counterfeits out there. I finally bit the bullet and placed my order. The ordering process was easy and the accompanying medical history was quick and easy to fill out. I didn't have a prescription, so I filled out the information and had their doctor review it and issue the prescription. It was the quickest and cheapest doctor's appointment EVER! The day after I placed my order, I received an email that there was a problem with my payment. I cleared up the problem with my bank, then called the toll free number and spoke with a very pleasant representative, who resolved the issue right away and completed my order. The next morning, I received my order confirmation and tracking information. I was absolutely amazed when my order arrived in the mail 12 days later! I definitely didn't expect it so soon! The quantity that I ordered was all there and it was packaged as promised. With the HCG, if you test it on a pregnancy test, you can tell if it is the real thing or a fake. I tested it, and it proved to be the real thing! I started using it for my diet today and I can't wait to see the results, and for one tenth the cost of the program that I paid for through the clinic. This transaction has changed me from a skeptic to a BELIEVER!!

Service is very good, live chat for any questions you may have, never any problems. Medication takes a few weeks to arrive so it's good to order about a month before you run out. I am very happy with quality of medication. Have had the US version of this medication and you cannot tell the difference. Love this website. Not sure what I'd do without it.

Using HCG has changed everything for me. Not only is my weight down, I feel so much better. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for years. After using HCG, my fertility has taken an amazing turn for the better.

Great Service, Real Products

This was a great experience especially after seeing some bad reviews on other sites. I am using the Metrogel generic from India which concerned me but after receiving the product it works as well as the much more expensive original from wall mart. The only thing you have to realize is it did take about 3 weeks from order to delivery. So if timing is not a issue this site is great.

Horrible Customer Service

First of all, my order, for which I paid to get FedEx express delivery (more expensive), was supposedly lost and PharmacyEscrow decided to have it shipped via a slower service (USPS). It took them over a week to find out the order was lost and resend, and only because I queried them about it. Due to shipment issues (lost order/slower shipment service) my schedule for the HCG treatment was thrown off.

After all this, I requested money back for not getting FedEx express shipping and they credited the escrow account instead of my credit card. I think people deserve to get their money back (check or on credit card - form of initial payment)when these things happen (it wasn't my fault/didn't cancel order, etc.).

PharmacyEscrow needs to adopt better customer service.
