First experience, first impressions

I have tried other weight loss programs. This was the first through the internet.
My niece and a gentleman I work with told me about PharmacyEscrow.com. The site was easy to navigate. I was able to read about the diet, search the cost, and listen to how to prepare the medication. I remained skeptical. But really wanted to try something that may be easier to stick to, not feel starved and see the effects of a job well done. I also didn't want to spend an exorbitant amount of money for food or supplements or attend another silly nutrition and weight loss meeting. I sat down to do the process. I placed the order for the HCG I wanted, the amount of HCG injection kits I would need. I researched the best form of delivery. Next, I needed to complete a health questionnaire. I thought, oh no, if they ask for my physicians name, he would be against doing this form of weight loss. Relief, there was no place to identify my physician, and when I was finished with the questionnaire, I was prompted to supply credit card information. This is where I thought I had reached a problem. I have many credits cards, but no Visa. I completed the payment option using the Western Union option of a money transfer. Completed everything and submitted. Then my wife reminded me, she had a Visa. I was on her account. Great, now how do I correct the Western Union and use my Visa. I sent an e-mail. I did not get a response from the e-mail. I did receive a call the next day from a nice gentleman representing Pharmacy Escrow. The gentleman left a voice message telling me that Western Union had not completed the transaction so my order was on hold. My wife needed to take over from here. I was out of town on business and I did not have access to information or the internet. My wife went to PharmacyEscrow.com. I found the live chat option and posed the question to a very helpful Thomas. My wife explained the problem and within a few minutes, the Western Union problem went away, Thomas took the Visa account number. This process did take a few minutes. But everything was corrected and within 12 days the injection kits and the HCG arrived. I have completed my first 23 days. Fifteen pounds gone, I can see the effects. Give me a salad please.

Hey, this is Luke from Utah. I want to talk to you about Pharmacy Escrow. I have a genetic android-deficiency and abnormally high estrogen so I ordered Nolvadex from Pharmacy Escrow not only was it much cheaper than buying it from the pharmacy but the quality of the medication was equal. I had several blood tests while on the medication proving its efficiency and I also noticed several overall health improvements. All I can say is I've tried purchasing medication from several other online companies and lost money and never seen the product. Purchased HCG and it was easy.

I logged onto the website to buy HCG for the HCG diet and there were quite a few options. So many options that I was confused. So, I called the toll free number and talked to the Pharmacy Escrow agent. We talked about why I wanted HCG --weight loss -- and he asked a number of questions and helped me to procure a prescription for the HCG and place the order. It was quick and easy. I received the order relatively quickly and had absolutely no problems using my credit card for the transaction. Maureen

Seem to get me hard and stay hour most of the time. It seems to stay with me for 3-7 hours. Fell safe when taking this pill it works.

I found every step of the way to receiving my order simple and easy. When I had questions they were answered promptly by friendly staff, and my order arrived in a timely manor. I found the diet is most successful when the guidelines are followed exactly. This is great for people like me who have found losing weight through traditional methods to be unsuccessful.

Saved me alot of time, I am a very busy person with home job and other responsibilities ordering on line from them is a blessing. The only thing I wish they would change is their shipping costs. They seem very high in comparison to other companies

Lack of communication between departments

The service was great but there seems to be a lack of communication between the different departments. When I first placed my order over the internet my computer locked up as a result some of my credit card information was not received. My order was place on "CHEQUE" Afraid to place another order over the website figuring I might get 2 orders. I placed an order over the phone the rep was exceptional very good service. He placed that order and it went through but the company never changed my order status in my account history. I have received my order and my order history still says "CHEQUE" AND DOES NOT MENTIONED THE ORDER THAT WAS COMPLETED OVER THE PHONE.
