Mistake made but handled well

I was sent the wrong order - a few wrong size vials and missing other sizes that I ordered. However when I called customer service I was very happy with the way they handled the problem. They were very quick to fix the problem and worked with me. They mailed out the missing vials although I would have appreciated quicker shipping since I didn't receive it when I was supposed to. Since the product they sent was something I could use, just not the size I ordered, I offered to buy the vials that I had received rather than mailing them back. They gave me a discount on those vials which I appreciated.
The product itself is a good quality product with no problems. Overall I was happy with the customer service, which these days is very important to me. Customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses so when you come across it, you appreciate and remember it. It is because of your customer service that I will order from you again.

Got what I ordered timely

I ordered 5, 2000 iu hcg and 3 weeks later (just about exactly as I'd expected) got the notice that it was at the Post Office. The lady on the phone who took my order and prescription was friendly and efficient. The order was correct and packed well. The expiration date of the product was well in advance as well.

I have worked with PharmacyEscrow.com many times now but have never had any sort of a problem. On this particular order only a portion of my order was sent by mistake. When I called PharmacyEscrow.com I was so impressed with how quickly their customer service identified the problem and immediately corrected it with an expedited delivery for the remaining order. Mistakes can happen and I recognize that fact, but the repair of the mistake really shows how competent a amazing a company is. I've ordered HCG many times and it's been fantastic every time. Thank you.

I was Happy to get ampules I didn't have to break

The product came well labeled and packaged. I was nervous about having to break open the vials, but was so pleased to discover that the pharmacy I ordered from had used a more friendly delivery system for the Pregnyl.
It was a tiny bottle that I could insert a delivery needle into for mixing the powdered form with the bacterio static water so as to get the Pregnyl into a liquid state. This was great!
I had enough concerns with the process to not have this complicated aspect to deal with. I was grateful, indeed.
I think they should have informed us at the buying stage of this form of packaging as it would have steered me to them for this aspect alone.

Getting to the heart of Customer Service

PharmacyEscrow.com was always available 24/7 when I needed them to place my order. When I need questions answered and checked on my order status they have a high call resolution rate. The call handle time was done quickly, which was good because who has time to sit on the phone for a long time just to place an order. Every one I know that has use PharmacyEscrow.com, has said they have gotten good customer service when calling or talking(chatting) with an agent online. I must agree because I got every question answered and most of all they treated me as a person not just an customer ID number. I will continue to use PharmacyEscrow.com from now on and be a life long customer.

I am very thankful for PharmacyEscrow.com. I am disabled and I live on a low fixed income and I cannot afford health insurance. The prices for medications in the USA are too much for me to have enough money to pay for them. I am very satisfied doing business with PharmacyEscrow.com. I receive medications that are of the highest standard and are at a price that I can afford. Their customer service is especially fast to respond to any questions that I may have. I will continue to business with this company.

I found the ordering process to be simple and the communication was excellent.

I had several questions while I was waiting for my order to arrive and I received prompt responses via email.

One thing that was peculiar was that my order never registered with the USPS once it cleared customs (so I could not track it). That was the reason I kept asking about the status of my order. It was delivered within the promised time, however.
