At first, when I found your website, I was hesitant about ordering, especially for such a large sum of monies. I also had a little trouble ordering at first, due to having to call because my order would not go through. However, now if I have a problem, which I do not usually I go to your chat line and visit with the person and get my response. In this day and time, I only order from the merchants I know and trust and you all are one of my favorites. The favorite for medication. Thanking you in advance. Robie Irwin-Casanova.

The service we receive from PharmacyEscrow.com is outstanding. The cost is so much better than our local pharmacies. It gets shipped in record time. If there are any questions, we can call the toll free number and speak to someone at any time for assistance. The site is great simply because you can find info. regarding any of the medications we need.

The prices were good, the web site was easy to navigate, however with some of the meds in this order there was a delay in delivery. But when I called customer service, a REAL PERSON answered the phone, and they were able to solve solve the problem in a timely manner. I was quite satisfied and will continue to do business with this service.

Great Service on the Escrow Side...But

As the second order I had placed through your service, I was fully expecting/hoping to have a similar experience as I did with my first order.

In all regards, save one, things were great.

As before, finding the medications and placing the order were simple and painless...as was paying for the order.

The speed with which the product arrived was also outstanding, as before.

The problem, though, had to do with the way this particular pharmacy had packaged the medications.

In order to keep things as compact as possible, the person who assembled the shipment made an error which caused two very irritating results.

The shipper nested the medications together very tightly--extremely tightly--in bundles of about five packets each, and then used a plastic film like Saran Wrap to hold each bundle together.

Talk about your overkill, though. So he wrapped and wrapped and wrapped and wrapped each bundle, to the point where it was nearly impossible to open each individual bundle without damaging the product within.

Morever...due to the compression, and the fact that the meds were of the type that had foil backs through which to push the pills, about eighty percent of the pills were crushed and had popped through the foil backing. (A few were even crushed to the point where the powder within was escaping the pill.)

If not for the fact that we would be using the medications right away, I would have had some concerns about whether the meds might not have the normal shelf life, due to the crushing.

I have to tell you...it was very frustrating. Especially trying to get the product out of the (over)wrapping.

Outside of that, though, my satisfaction with PharmacyEscrow.com remains very high.

Pharmacyescrow.com has EXCELLENT customer service and customer order satisfaction guarantees. This was my first order with them, and while the wait time was long (due to customs), they even had a member of staff call to ensure that I had received my order and everything was intact. I've NEVER received this kind of support for ANY online purchase I've made anywhere before.
The only reason I gave this purchase 4 stars instead of 5 was because the glass vials the product came in were difficult to open and remove the hcg from, and it was a dangerous process working with the broken glass. Future orders have been better (in better containers) since this time.

long time to get order

It took a long time to get my order. The first order took well over 6 weeks to be received into customs only to be detained by the FDA. I called and spoke to Jeffery in costumer service who took care of the matter quickly, verified the information and send a new order right away. I was so suprised at how fast I got the 2nd order, because the first order took so long originally, even after I paid for priority shipping. If orders were received as fast as the first order, customers would be much much happier. Thank you.
