Ordering was very easy, Staff was friendly, There was not problems with order. The escrow process is easy and effective, shipping was fast, The product was correct and exactly what I ordered. This order came in two separate shipments, but it was a very large order. I still received both shipments in a short amount of time. Everything was packed tightly and I had NO problems with the order. I absolutely love this product...it is the only thing that has worked for me and my family for weight loss. I highly recommend this company and this product.

The staff was "too honest"...

This order went very smoothly. Ordered on the website, no problems, very quick delivery, no need to contact the staff for any reason.
But what caught my attention was an email I received from Customer Service apologizing that their Internet Service had been down for 24 hours, and asking if I needed anything. Most companies would try to play down a situation like this, so I admired the honest communication from the staff. They weren't really "too honest", but they did go out of their way to give all the facts.

Since it was the first time I ordered from PharmacyEscrow.com I was skeptical about what would happen with my order since it was being shipped from overseas. But I have to say the communication with them was excellent they answered all my questions. My shipment arrived in about three weeks with no problems. I would defiantly order from them again. Excellent service.

HCG Order Good!

Overall, I was satisfied with my order, and I would recommend this company to others. I used a credit card to place my order and the order itself was fairly easy. I placed my order for 2 ampules of 10000 I.U. of HCG Pregnyl (HUCOG) coming from India on 7/13, shipped on 7/17/08 and received it on 8/6/08. So altogether it was about 24 days from order to receipt. I feel that this is acceptable shipping time. I found this website to offer the cheapest prices I could find on the internet, even with $30.00 shipping and processing from overseas and another $7.50 for priority shipping included. Total cost of the order was $147.68 USD. I used the product for weight loss, and achieved outstanding results. I lost 35 lbs in 8 weeks of taking the product, which averages out to a little over .6 lbs a day! This was even with a 6 week rest between the first 5 weeks of use and the last 3, but I saw no deterioration in the quality of the second sealed and refrigerated ampule of HCG during this time.
My only negative experience was with PharmacyEscrow.com themselves. I wanted to log in to my account to check on my order, but could not remember my user id and password. After several unsuccessful tries, I locked myself out and had to call the toll free customer service # to get my account unlocked. The first time I called, after putting me on hold 10 minutes to locate my account, the representative told me my account was unlocked and I could access it now. After I hung up, I tried again, and still could not get in. So I called a second time and after explaining the issue to the representative, they put me on hold for 10 minutes after which they came back and said they had finally located my account, and what order would I like to place. I explained again that the reason for my call was not to place an order but to unlock my account, after which I was put on hold for at least another 10 minutes while they finally took care of the reason for my call. I am not sure why the representatives were not able to assist me more quickly, but I got the distinct impression there was an actual language barrier that was preventing either representative from understanding me correctly.
Despite this, the online experience was great and again, I would recommend this site to anyone interested in ordering HCG online.

Much Better the second request

All the process was much easier this time (2nd order). The only comment I have to tell is that the first credit card that I tried to pay was refused (my fault) however it took me 5 days to receive an email that explained that you tried to call me and since you didn't reach me you canceled my request. So I had to start all over... You should have a different communication with foreign clients.
