Customer service from this site is outstanding. The communication that you receive from this company is very thorough. My original order was lost in the US mail. I contacted via online chat several times over the course of the required 22 business days and was never disappointed. When my package didn't arrive on the 22nd business day, I was contacted and told that a new order would be sent ASAP at no cost to me. Much to my surprise, the order not only showed up within 22 business days it arrived just 9 calendar days after re-shipment. I am very pleased. I just wish I would have received it in time to do the diet before my birthday. I missed that goal by 2 days.

This is my second order of this product and I ordered it while still on my first 40 day diet to make sure I would have it in time for the next cycle. I have lost 25lbs so far and I have another week to go. Considering I cheated more than a few times, I consider this awesome results, it arrived in about a week. Pharmacy Escrow is wonderful at letting you know when your payment has cleared, when you item ships and they send follow up after it arrives to make sure you received it.

Great product delivered before I expected it. This is the most effective weight loss product I have ever tried. If you follow the instructions, you will lose weight and keep it off. Happy AND Skinny!!

I purchased the HCG PREGNYL in order to lose weight by following Dr. Simeon's weight loss protocol. My HGC arrived much sooner than I had expected and had no trouble getting through customs. I had a friend who ordered from another online pharmacy and her stuff was returned by customs and had to be reshipped which took a considerable amount of time My package arrive in good condition, and the HCG was good. (I tested it with a test strip. I have lost a total of twenty pounds using the product, and will order again from Pharmacy Escrow. Good luck!
